Do I really need a Business Adviser
Published by Dr. Ben Appleby, Director in Business & Finance · 23 October 2021

I spend 60 to 80 hours a week running my business what else do I need to do. What can a Business Adviser do for me?
Well I would like a pound for every occasion I have heard that question. Of course you work 60 to 80 hours a week running the business. If you did not there would probably not be a business to run.
However, most business people agree they work 60 to 80 hours in the business and some weeks "NO hours at all On" the business.
By "On the business" we mean looking at the business "standing outside the box" what we did right what we could improve. Where could we make changes, how do we move to the next level.
That is a Business Adviser function - just to have a conversation about the business and then suggest ways to make the business more profitable, how to expand, how to move money around.
If you do not open the door and think outside the box you could miss the golden opportunities that are waiting for you.
