Are Sales People Born to Sell?

A fascinating subject that has stood the test of time and will continue to do so.
My belief is a definite NO a sales professional is someone who has studied communication, body language maybe NLP and has excellent listening skills.
If we couple those skills to product knowledge we are starting to get there.
We then add planning and time management to good record keeping and we are then on our way to being a sales person.
